ANZAC CUP GOLF DAY The region’s next major annual golf event has arrived. The ANZAC Cup Golf Day is more than just a great day on the course — it’s a powerful initiative designed to support veterans and their families across our community. This event brings people together to honour, connect, and raise meaningful funds for those who have served.
MARKET STREET ANZAC DAY COMMEMORATION This Anzac Day, join us at The Illawarra Hotel as we come together in respect, remembrance, and community to honour the service and sacrifice of our diggers. From the morning through to sunset, the day will be filled with tradition, mate-ship and meaningful moments. Gather around for a classic game of 2UP, enjoy live music, stirring bagpipes, and special celebrity appearances, all building towards a powerful sunset fireworks display to close the day. This is a free community event, built on the spirit of giving back. We encourage everyone to shout a digger a beer and support our fundraising efforts, with proceeds going toward veterans and their families. Proudly supported by the Wollongong RSL Sub-Branch, this day is about more than celebration — it’s about connection, gratitude, and ensuring the legacy of those who served lives on.
