Welcome to Robertson Truffles Farm in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands. Our Perigord Truffle farm has been established for 15 years and was one of the first operating and producing farms in Australia.
The town Robertson is noted for its distinctive red volcanic Basalt Soil, which is known as ‘Robertson Soil’. The combination of this soil, good rainfall and cool winters is perfect for truffle growing.
We are delighted to announce the start of the 2020 truffle season in June. Our Truffle Hunt tours will commence on Sat 20th June. The health and safety of our guests and employees is a key priority for us. In line with the recommendations set out by NSW Health, we will commence Truffle hunts with a maximum group size of 25 people.
