The Chef Specials

 

Our eight chefs, work themselves to the bone, in what is lovingly referred to as a 'shoebox' for a kitchen, due to it's tiny size. Some days we have to look upon them and wonder how they manage to serve up the impressive food they do, and take our hats off to them.

 

The Weekly Chef Specials is our ode to them - an outlet for their creativity and expression when it comes to cuisine.

 

It is a chance for them to showcase their passion for food, flair for fun in the kitchen and rich experience in dining and share that with the wider Illawarra Community. ​
