We're currently in a public battle with Wollongong Council over our plans to restore our beautiful hotel. 
Even though our upper levels are approved for unusable office space, most of the demolition is already approved on a previous DA, and the building has already been structurally reinforced for this restoration two decades ago, Council are dragging us through the court system.
