Weather  - It's looking great.  19 - 25 degrees with a 20% chance of very light showers.  This is great news.

Covid - The event is predominantly outdoor with a healthy amount of wind expected to ventilate the area.  The majority of toilets are outdoors and will be well spaced to alleviate pinch points.  The can bars will be long and well spaced to reduce crowding.  The bulk of the entertainment will be outdoors.

Entry - Make sure you've got your PDF ticket and QR code ready to scan on the door.  Also make sure you've got a valid ID and check in through Service NSW.  This is an 18+ event.

Bars - Pre-purchased Drink & Food Tickets will be required at all outdoor bars.  These can be purchased on entry.  Any unused tickets will be still valid or refundable up to 2 weeks after the event.  No refunds will be given on the night for logistical reasons.

VIP Tickets - VIP Ticket holders will have their own area with seating, own toilets, canapés between 7 - 9pm & some complimentary refreshments.

Midnight - We'll have a surprise for you guys.  Keep your eyes on the sky ;)

Refunds - If the event goes ahead, we will not be offering refunds.  There's a huge backlog of people chasing tickets in the UOW Buy & Sell page.  We're happy to do a name change for you.

Reselling - We're working on a reselling option.  We'll update soon.

Limited Release Tickets - If we need to shut down a portion of the event for safety reasons, the final allocation of tickets will be refunded as stated at the time of purchase.  We're going to great lengths to make sure this doesn't happen but it's a wild time to be running large events. 

Street Event Closure - For the sake of our neighbours, we'll be cutting street entertainment at 12:15am.  At this point, re-entry to the hotel will be limited to venue capacity.  Bars will remain open on Market Street until 2am.  You will also be able to exit from Market Street directly if you don't want to kick on until the early hours inside the hotel.
